Your privacy
Wattle Tai Chi and its sister site Dharma Atlas are personal, non-commercial sites run by Peter Davey in Newcastle, NSW. They share one account system. Last updated 8 November 2026.
Without an account
You can use every page without signing in. Practice sessions and settings are then kept only in your own browser's storage on that device. Nothing is sent to us.
With an account
If you sign in with Google or with an emailed code, we store:
- your email address (and, with Google, your name and profile picture as Google provides them), to recognise you when you sign in;
- the practice sessions you do on either site (Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, meditation): which session, when and for how long;
- what you choose to enter in Health on Dharma Atlas: food diary, recipes, weigh-ins, activities and your targets.
We use this only to show it back to you on your devices. It is never sold, shared, used for advertising or used to train AI.
Where it is kept
Accounts and data are stored with Supabase. Every table is protected so that a signed-in person can only read and change their own rows. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. Sign-in emails are sent through an email delivery service.
Deleting your data
On your Account page, "Delete my data" permanently removes everything saved to your account. To have the account itself closed as well, contact Peter (below).
